Pre-Appointment Instructions for Lash Extensions 1. Please arrive to your lash appointment on time. 2. Eyelash clean and free of all make up products. 3. No caffeine 2 hours before the appointment. It can cause your eye lids to jump nonstop and make the lashing process longer. 4. If you wear contacts please remove them before the appointment.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
-Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the service price.
-Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged 50% of the service price. This fee is non-refundable and can not be put toward any future services.
-If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged 25% of the service price.
